Alder and Fiscales, two well-established expert firms known for their broad expertise and client-centric approach, have decided to join forces to create Finland’s leading independent provider of tax, legal, and financial advisory services. The merged organization, comprising more than 65 experienced professionals, will commence operations on May 5, 2025, further strengthening the position of the rapidly growing European Svalner Atlas Group in the domestic expert services market.
This arrangement deepens Alder’s already strong tax expertise and supports its wide range of services, which include tax consulting, business and contract law advisory, as well as comprehensive expert services related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate arrangements. Going forward, the integrated service offering will also include financial and payroll administration services, delivered under the Fiscales brand.
